2025 Cecil County Fair Vendor Contracts
Please note that this year the vendor applications are online. We are accepting payment either through PayPal/Credit Card online or you can still mail in a check. Your space will not be reserved until we receive your payment.

Food Vendor applications will be available to new applicants at a later date.
A certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all vendors listing Cecil County Fair, Inc., P. O. Box 84, Childs, MD 21916 as the certificate holder. It must include minimum coverage of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and at least two million dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate. The insurance must cover July 18 (set-up day) thru 29 (clean-up day). If you do not have your own insurance, you may purchase it from the Cecil County Fair at a cost of $100.00
Tables and chairs are not provided for any type of vendor space.
