The online payment system for entries that require an entry fee is not functioning properly. This caused a delay in opening the online entry system. At this point, without a resolution in sight, we have decided to open the online entry system without the ability to make entry fee payments online. This issue only affects Open Livestock Entries and Horses. Entries that do not require entry fees will be done as normal such as Home Arts, Farm and Garden and 4-H entries. All entries are still required to be completed online by July 1st.
After checking out there will be no option to pay online, but you will receive an email with an invoice with the total amount to be paid.
Those entering Open Livestock entries requiring an entry fee as listed in the Premium Book in their respective department will be required to pay when arriving at the Fairgrounds for their show.
Horse entry fees should be paid via check sent to JoAnn Bashore, 71 Elk Mills Road, Elkton, MD 21921. Along with your check please include a copy of the invoice listing the classes entered and the total amount due. Horse pre entry fees must be postmarked July 1st.

ALL 4-H and Open Class entries (Home Arts, Farm & Garden, Animal and Engineering) are still pre-entry only online via the Cecil County Fair Blue Ribbon online entry system.
The deadline for entries in the Blue Ribbons online entry system is July 1, 2024 by 11:59 PM.
Entry tags for Home Arts and Farm & Garden entries will be printed and will be available for pick up at the Cecil County Fairgrounds under the Stafford Pavilion on Monday, July 15 and Tuesday July 16 from 6 – 7 PM.
Home Arts and Farm & Garden items can be dropped off at the fair on Friday, July 19, 2024 from 3-8 PM. NO entries will be accepted on Saturday. Again, entries that are not pre-entered in the Blue Ribbon online entry system by July 1st will NOT be accepted.
