2026 Cecil County Fair Vendor Contracts
Vendor applications for the 2026 Fair will be available soon.
Please read all the Rules and Regulations before submitting your application.A certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all vendors listing Cecil County Fair, Inc., P. O. Box 84, Childs, MD 21916 as the certificate holder and additional insured. It must include minimum coverage of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and at least two million dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate. The insurance must cover July 23 (set-up day) thru August 3 (clean-up day). If you do not have your own insurance, you may purchase it from the Cecil County Fair at a cost of $100.00
Tables and chairs are not provided for any type of vendor space.
Commercial Building Space: approx. 10 ft by 10 ft (no food sales) There are 43 vendor spaces in the commercial building.Rates:
