The Cecil County Jr. Fair Board is excited to bring Cow Pie Bingo to the 2025 Fair! In the field will be 100 2′ by 2′ squares. Once the cow has entered the field we will then wait patiently for it to make its deposits to determine our winners!
Each square is $20 ($21.50 with online fee) and the money raised will support the Cecil County 4-H Program. You can select your own spots when you make your purchase online. The Jr. Fair Board reserves the right to add more spots based on demand from the public.
We will have 3 winners for the day.
Payouts will include:
1st Place – $1000
2nd Place – $500
3rd Place – $250
Spots can only be purchased through the E-tix site.
Rules:
1. You do not have to be present to win. Winners will be announced by the end of the event. All winners will have 30 days after being notified by phone to claim their payout. Any unclaimed payouts after the 30 days will be considered a donation back to the Cecil County 4-H Program
2. All sales are final and considered a donation to the Cecil County 4-H program.
3. There is no limit on the number of squares purchased by a single individual.
4. You must be 18 years old to purchase a square.
5. If a cow pie lands in one or more squares, payout will be split EQUALLY to attached squares.
6. If the cow pie lands on a square that is unsold, the winner will be the closest sold square or squares immediately adjacent to and sharing at least one full side with the unsold square. This could mean pay out up to, but not to exceed 4 winners who will share the payout equally.
7. There will be multiple cows on site, in the event that the Jr. Fair Board believes both cows need to be placed in the same field for whatever reason, pay out will still remain the same. Winners will be determined based off of cow pies produced from either cow for a total of 3 cow pies.
8. In the event that the cow(s) does not cooperate and does not produce (3) Cow Pies, a drawing will be completed after the event to make up for the rest of the winners.
9. The event is rain or shine, in the event of severe weather this will be transitioned to a drawing to determine the winners.
