Commercial Vendor Contract
Food Vendor Contract
A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all vendors which must include minimum
coverage of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) including Bodily Injury and Property Damages. The Insurance must
cover July 18 (set-up day) thru July 28 (clean-up day). This insurance may be purchased from the
Cecil County Fair at a cost of $100.00.
Tables and chairs are not provided for any type of vendor space.
Commerical Building Space:approx. 10 ft by 10 ft (no food sales)
There are 43 vendor spaces in the commercial building.

Commerical Tent Space:approx. 10 ft by 10 ft (no food sales)
There are 18 vendor spaces in the commercial tent.

Commerical Outdoor Space: approx. 15 ft by 15 ft (not preparing food)
There are approximately 28 outdoor spaces.
We do not provide tents or canopies for outdoor space.

Food Stands:
There are approximately 12 food vendor spaces.
A separate, refundable $100.00 grease disposal/cleaning check is required from all food vendors cooking with grease/oil.
